The small unobtrusive design of the VK2L-2MPTIR36 2MP IP66 Turret camera hides an impressive specification and feature set, including its innovative “Hi-Stream” Region of Interest (RoI) bandwidth reducing function. Using this function allows the camera to continually analyse the scene, adding more compression to areas of low interest with no motion while applying lower levels of compression to areas where motion is present, so showing higher definition in these areas. This means that lower bandwidth is required for transmission and less storage is required at the NVR. The 2MP resolution sensors produce incredibly detailed images, this combined with IR illumination and DWDR, ensures that the VK2L-2MPTIR36 turret camera will produce excellent quality images both night and day.
